Comments: The rhythm work here is really bare bones, grinding type stuff.
I mean, playing a G5 for all of the verse doesnt take much technique, just
a slight touch of “oomph” to get that upbeat feel. Ive tabbed both rhythm
guitars and indicated them throughout the song but the fact is that they
drop out of the mix occasionally, being either replaced or overpowered by
the many fills. Ace totally overplays the fills by the way, but he needs to
since the rhythm work is so static. I imagine theres been a few fights
in cover bands about who gets to do what if they cover this tune. Note that
the left-hand guitar (as in Rhy. Fig 1b) enters one bar “late”.
