I usually just bend 17 on the B string followed by sliding
the pick up and down the A and D strings for the solo break
back into the intro riff.

There is an extra 999/777 riff before the final chorus.

The outro riff I just play the chorus chords as full chords

i found a bunch of different tabs for king of pain, but couldn’t find anything that
good on an acoustic guitar. so here’s something easy that will get you folk singers through
song. it starts on Am, instead of Bm, so capo the second fret if you’re playing with a

notes- the timing is a little weird for the intro where it goes [Bsus/E] [Bm/E]
but not that hard. in the second part of the intro, the chords are the way they are so
can walk up with the bass line if you listen for it. also, i usually play the open
for the part, and a barre for the part.
depending on how you’re playing this, you might want to keep the chord switches during
verses, on the album it sounds like a muted arpeggio, so i just finger-pick it.
the in the outro is for no chords.
